Apartment 16 accommodates 4 people, with two queen beds (one in each bedroom). Please note that this unit does not have a sofa sleeper in the main room.



Located on the north side of the peninsula and surrounded by long-term residents, Apartment 16 offers an expansive deck, views of the birds in the trees, and easy access to our hidden fire pit with porch swings.

Nightly accommodations for this 2-bedroom unit start at $250. Please visit our “booking” tab to check pricing for your desired dates.

Minimum stay requirements are necessary for:

• Memorial Day and Labor Day - 3-day minimum
• June - 2-day minimum
• July 1-5 – 4-day minimum
• July 6 – August 1 – 3-day minimum
• August 1 to Labor Day weekend - 2-day minimum
• Covered Bridge Festival (second week of October) – 4-day minimum
  

Deposits & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of $200/2 bdrm is required for this unit to confirm your reservation. No units will be held more than 2 days without a deposit.

Deposits go toward the overall cost of your stay.

Cancellations are subject to a $50 service charge unless you plan to reschedule your stay and wish to leave your deposit active. You may leave your deposit active for up to 1 year without penalty.

Cancellations for reservations made from April 1st to Oct 31st are subject to a penalty equal to one night’s stay plus a $50 service charge if cancelled less than 30 days from the arrival date.

Check-in is between 2:00 and 6:00 pm. If you need a late check-in, please make arrangements with the office management. Check-out is between 9:00 and 10:00 am.

Accommodations at the lodge are rated depending on unit location, amenities, and base occupancy. Should the size of your party exceed the base occupancy for a unit, a $10 per person per night charge will apply.
